By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.
Where a student is under 18, a parent or guardian accepts these terms on the student's behalf.
What We Provide
- Guidance on courses, colleges and admission processes, based on the information you give us
- Shortlists of institutions that appear to match your result, budget and preferences
- Help in preparing, completing and submitting applications
- Information about scholarships, education loans and documentation
- Follow-up support through the admission process
What We Do Not Provide
- Any guarantee of admission, a seat, a rank, a scholarship or a fee concession
- Any guarantee of a particular placement, salary or visa outcome
- Legal, tax, immigration or investment advice
- Lending, or any assurance that a bank or financial institution will approve a loan
- Any authority to accept fees on behalf of an institution
Admission Decisions Rest With Institutions
Every admission, seat allotment, cut-off, fee and scholarship decision is made by the institution or the relevant counselling authority, under its own rules. We can explain and support the process, but we do not control it and cannot influence its outcome.
Information on this site about eligibility, exams, cut-offs, fees, placements and college lists is compiled from public sources and recent admission cycles. It is indicative and can change without notice. Always confirm current details with the institution before applying or paying anything.
Your Responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete and current information, including marks and exam results
- Submit genuine documents; we will stop assisting an application we believe to contain false information
- Meet the deadlines that institutions and counselling authorities set
- Pay fees only to the institution, through its official channels, and keep every receipt
- Make your own final decision about where to study, after reading the institution's own terms
Fees for Our Services
Counselling, college shortlisting and application guidance are provided to students and parents free of charge. We are compensated by institutions in our network. Where any service ever carries a charge, we will tell you the amount in writing before you commit to it.
We never ask students to pay an institution's fees through us. If anyone claiming to represent Guidance Hub asks you to do so, stop and contact us immediately.
Intellectual Property
The text, design, graphics and arrangement of this website belong to Guidance Hub or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or adapt the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
College, university and examination names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify them.
Third-Party Links
We link to institution websites, examination bodies and other external resources for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices.
Limitation of Liability
The website and our guidance are provided on an as-is basis, without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guidance Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from an admission decision, a change in an institution's fees or rules, reliance on indicative information, or an interruption to the website.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
